Storm Retention Pond
1) Fountains and aeration –
FPL will install two (2) power meters on two (2) transformers (one power meter for each transformer) on Copper Court to supply electrical power to each side of the pond.
Fish Stocking
AA Pond Stocking will stock the pond with 1k Channel Catfish and 2k Bluegill on 7/7/2023. (a) HOA will research how to maintain fish population via sustainable breeding
Landscaping
Front Entrance Beautification
HOA will request a quote from our landscaper, Central Florida Lawncare and Landscaping to refresh the mulch at the front entrance, remove existing shrubbery from the entrance island, add flowers and colorful vegetation.
Traffic Calming
Conduct a Speed Study – HOA will reach out to local agencies (Sheriff and Police Department) for assistance in conducting a speed study to determine a proper traffic calming solution.
Community Reserves
