HOA Committees
All committees consist of fellow neighbor volunteers
who work with the HOA Board of Directors on
various projects.

Architectural Review Board (ARB)
The ARB ensures that architectural guidelines and covenants are followed in a manner that protects and maintains appropriate community appeal. The ARB reviews all requests to build, landscape, or modify the exterior of all homes or structures to ensure conformance to Bayridge HOA bylaws and covenants.

Appeals Committee
The Appeals Committee reviews and discusses appeals and other requests received by the HOA, and makes recommendations to the Board.

Communications Committee
The Communication Committee advises and assists the Board in informing residents about the purpose and function of the association and its activities and events. The committee develops and maintains a community newsletter and website which are used to inform the community about upcoming events, community announcements and vital information to the community.

Events Committee
The Events Committee hosts a variety of community wide events for adults, families, teens, and children alike. The committee enhances the interactions of residents by providing social opportunities forresidents of all ages with Food Trucks, Ladies Night, Holiday events, and more.

The Finance Committee helps the board of directors with planning the annual budget, tracking monthly expenses, managing HOA reserves and investments, and other financial management tasks.

Infrastructure & Grounds Committee
The Infrastructure and Grounds Committee maintains, improves, and updates the grounds to make the property attractive and pleasing to existing residents, visitors, and potential buyers, and helps facilitate sustaining the property for maximum value.

HOA 2025 Homeowner Dues
Payment Schedule
Payments may be made in the following installments:
· Pay in Full: $850, due by January 31, 2025
· Semi-Annually: $425.00, due on January 31, 2025, and June 30, 2025
· Quarterly: $212.50, due on January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31, 2025
· Monthly: $85.00, due by the end of each month and paid in full by October 31, 2025

14.7 Association’s Remedies for Non-Payment.
(a) Penalties for Delinquency Any assessment that is unpaid for more than Ten (10) days after the date it is due shall bear interest at the highest rate permitted by law from the date it is due until the date it is paid. In addition, the Owner of any Parcel with respect to which an assessment is overdue by more than Twenty (20) days may be required by the Board to pay the Association a late charge equal to the greater of $50.00 or 10% of the amount of the delinquent installment.
